Horrible service. Pulled up and got told they would be with us in a minute. Waited 15+ minutes with no response. Pulled around... again to see the employees sitting on the counter talking instead of taking our order. Came back through the line and waitedanother 5 minutes before they greeted us to take our order. Food was poorly made, meat wasn?t fully cooked and the fries werecold. Read more
I love Wendy's, but sevice was long though the drive thru and my fries where not hot. The grill chicken sandwich was good. All... of this could be from not having enough employees that is the issue with all restaurants. And could have been a one time issuefor me. I still love Wendy's. Read more
There are a lot of poor fast food places in Taylorville. This is by far the worst. Orders are always wrong. They're slow. They... make you wait until they're no longer taking orders before they move the line up. Won't come back Read more

I visit drivethru almost daily . Rude if you ask for receipt when paying other then cash. Some days they leave you sit in... drivethru for 10 minutes then say to late for breakfast then when your only one in drivethru pull you up while they cooksausage. Then sandwich is loaded with grease and one manager there is just as rude if not worse then the workers. Stop going forwhile but nothing has changed. Read more
I pulled in the parking lot at 845 but it was all dark and there were 4 employees standing with the door open. I asked if they... were open because they weren't even supposed to be closed until midnight but one of the employees told me they were all taking abreak and that they would reopen later. There were employees in the store also so they were well staffed. I drove back by at 930and they still were all outside smoking and laughing and the store was still closed. Completely unacceptable. My experience today with this place was not good I clearly specified what I wanted and they completely left out one of my meals,... granted they didn't charge me for it but that is besides the point, and they made one of my sandwiches that I only asked for thesandwich on a meal so I did end up with two meals but one of them wasn't the right one in the end and the south western avocadosalad I ordered came with no avocado at all. This was a very big incontinence as i was picking lunch for my family and I on mylunch break and didn't have time to sit and check over everything or i wouldn't have time to eat.Wow people let's get our stufftogether. Used to be owned and ran by great people. Over the past couple years it?s gone down the drain. From bad workers to cold and... wrong food. Countless times have a been disappointed with my decision to go to wendys. Workers have yelled and argued withpeople who got wrong food. Just all around horrible place over the past few years. Hopefully gets better before they get shutdown! Read more
