I've worked at this location, in 2016. It was laid-back, and not too bad to work there. Sometimes I would get left alone and the... work would pile up, which influenced drive-thru times, but I don't know if anything like that is still happening. Rude employees order wrong and missing items. The fries we did get were only half filled containers.

Having been to dozens of McDonald's all over the lower 48, I can safely say that this McDonald's is among the worst in the... country. The food is consistently cold, past its stage time, and sloppily built. The staff is underwhelming, and undertrained.The management is absent, and the owners seem uninterested in providing a quality experience to its customers. Would notrecommend. Go to Bluefield or Claypool for a much higher quality experience. Read more
Recently been stopping here because we're moving to the area. I love this little spot. This McDonald's has been here since I was... a kid so moving back to my home town and visiting the same McDonald's from my childhood was very nostalgic. It was somewhat difficult to hear going through drive through. Didn't get what I ordered. Ate anyway due to long lines @ Drive... through. Food was ok but not what I had ordered. Most of the time the food is correct and good flavor. Read more
