I placed an order online for the Tea location for a 12:50pm pick up time. I placed the order about 11 hours in advance so they... would have time to get my order ready. Ate there about a week ago, place needs help... Thought Boss pizza was a top 5 but this isn't even top 15 anymore... They need... to dump the bar/nightlife type atmosphere and make it more family friendly, and the RUDE waitstaff/cooks, don't get mestarted.... I know I wasn't in the only group of people in there that evening, everyone else around us was complaining about thebad service, cold food and messed up orders... We ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pop. Our pizzas were ready when I got there and due to an issue with available products... regarding the 2 liter pop options, they quickly got us 4 drinks for us all. I didn't get his name, but the man in charge of therestaurant that night was the kindest person and made sure we were completely taken care of. I will be ordering again for sure! Read more

Disappointed with this place. Came at dinner time on a Wednesday evening-- took an hour to get our food and got snipped at when... we asked how much longer it was going to be. My order came back wrong in more ways than one, and others at my table weren'timpressed with the quality of their food either. Overcooked or too greasy. The others I was eating with let me know that thisplace was very hit or miss with both service and food. I'll consider this a miss. Frustrating because this place is one of theonly options in Tea, and they would really have the monopoly if done right.
