Please don't waste your money on the location in American dream & teaneck , I had a horrible experience at the mall I bought a... sandwich that was worth $20 with old stale chicken with no toppings. I decided to give their teaneck location a chance and to mydisplease it was even worse. The "manager" was rude I tried to order wings at 2pm and they said they ran out of wings. I wantedto order a sandwich but I noticed ALL the employees weren't even wearing their masks properly. So disappointed. Went to the one in American Dream Mall since it was the only kosher food that wasn?t ice cream or sweets. Paid... $57 for a sandwich, chicken poppers, chicken fingers and 2 drinks. The food was worse than hospital food. Precooked and heated.My 2 year old would even eat anymore of it after one bite. Kosher food can be so delicious and this is place gives it such a badrep. Inexcusable! Be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. The first time I ordered from them, and this was a big order,... they were 40 minutes late. My family and I decided to give them another chance. This time they were over an hour late and whenI tried calling them, this included a 15 minute wait on hold, they told me that there was some problem in the system. Nokidding there's a problem in the system, don't take an order when you can't deliver or give someone an accurate estimate ontime. Other places can do it and you should be able to as well.
