Worst customer service I have seen. People behind counter do not care what you say. I ordered a bialy and she gave me a roll.... When I saw that she gave me a roll, she said she does not have bialys. I asked for tuna and she was about to give me white fishsalad. They have no system to work with. How di they stay in business??? Read more

Great food but the menu layout and service were erratic and confusing. I got a portobello mozzarella omelette on a bagel which... was delicious, the home fries were a bit bland. The menu is very poorly constructed with confusion between the different itemsand staff didn't seem to really know what the options were. Also ordering from one place and picking up food and drinks from twodifferent locations is weird as well. Read more
Great food and great service. We ate lunch here on a Sunday afternoon in August. It was probably their busiest time and... service was EXCELLENT. The person at the front register patiently took our order and explained some of the different items. The manager, Alex, prepared several iced coffees at the coffee bar and they were delicious. And the person at the bagel counteralso patiently took our orders and accommodated some special requests. I had the Eggplant Parm and Garlic Knots and they werefantastic. My friends had pizza, including the French Fry Pizza - which he loved. The food was great and everyone that workshere made sure we had a pleasant time. I can?t believe how bad the customer service is at this restaurant. The only thing one should buy here is a bagel at the bagel... counter. The pizza takes on average 30 minutes to be served. If you add anything to it you might be waiting for an hour or more.The staff are all miserable people. If you ask them a question they will likely delay your order further. If you have 3 hours towait around waiting for everyone to get their food order right this is the right place for you?if you want to get veryfrustrated and angry this is also a great place. I brought a late lunch to some people and they decided on this place. They ordered salads and I went with the tuna wrap. I... called in my order and it was difficult putting in the order with the lady. I had to repeat several times and go through myorder over again like she wasn't comprehending. I don't know what the deal was. They make you pay over the phone fyi. When Iarrived I parked on the street but keep in mind parking in this area is tough. I walked in and they were a little busy. I wentto the pick up area and the nice man gave me my food and I left. When I dug in the side salad was tasty and the wrap wasn't bad.It was a decent tuna wrap. All in all I had an ok experience.
