I work for a co. that orders from this deli Monday to Friday, breakfast and lunch, by the way the girls that take the orders are... very rude, every single day some of us order the same thing every day and we just notice that they charge all the time adifferent price for the same thing. Today we sent for food for 4 people 2 order same chicken sandwich and 2 order the sameburger they were all charged different amounts is not the 1st time this happens. To me personally I've ordered a grilled cheddarwith ham and twice I've been charged different amounts, to complete the so called "owner" had the audacity to come to the officeto argue with a customer because we called to return the food and was very nasty and argumentative to be a business owner thatwas very unprofessional. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I would give them a higher rating, however, the delivery man is extremely... unprofessional. He talks to the girls in the office while they're on the phone or busy working while he waits for me to sign. Hecalls me unwarranted nicknames and says really unprofessional things to me. I ignored it because I love ordering their food andwould ignore the chitchat, but he still says things that are unacceptable. I just left Tony's Deli, first time guest and honestly the best rare roast beef sandwich I've had in a while, I hate when... The food is always good, I get lunch delivered every time I order from there and the delivery guy is always cold spirited. He... recently has had the nerve to complain about the tip I leave him, I tip 18%... which is way more then a lot of people tip. Read more
