I wanted to share a great customer service experience. I went here on Fri Sept 23. As I ordered, I noticed my funds in apps were... just $4.40. After the cashier (a young shorter black woman) said the total for a large americano, I asked to downgrade tomedium. Once again it was too much, so I asked for a small. We sort of laughed together since I clearly was aiming to get belowthe amount in my app to avoid adding more funds. When my order came out, she was carrying a large and gave it to me with asmile / wink. It meant a lot to me and was a gesture of kindness on that morning. Please thank her for her kindness! Read more
Received email for free birthday drink but wasn't sure which of my 3 cards were loaded with drink. Girl haphazardly checked all... 3 and told me it wasn't loaded to any of the cards. When I checked my account I found out she was wrong;I had the right card butit was almost 3 and they close at 3. PEEVED to say the least! Read more

The worst starbucks Ive been to. All the staff are slow and rude and don?t even greet you. I wait so long and it?s not even busy
I came to this starbucks almost everyday with my small dog and was treated very poorly each time. My greetings were meet with... attitudes or were blatantly ignored. They seemed to think my friendliness was some sort of flirtation with an ulterior motive.They were rude and disrespectful and I won't be back. When I would go I would ask for a cup of water for my dog and I orderedpretty much the same thing every time I went. As a regular they barely acknowledged my orders and never remembered my name. Thecustomer service here is severely lacking to say the least. A few of them were kind but the majority of them were awful. Onceagain I will not be back. If you are looking for a decent starbucks with kind people who actually remember you and your orders,or who at least answer a "hi, how are you," go to the Starbucks in Englewood. Thank you. Read more
