Staff was friendly. Open late I typically enjoy the cheezy bread, however, on this occasion there was a distasteful seasoning... salt sprinkled all over it making it taste especially chemicaly and wayyy too salty. I tried wiping it off but that didn'treally help. And what's up with the new cinnamon knots? I wish they would bring back the old style, they were much better. Read more
I wish there was a NO star option. Ordered dinner from there tonight, pasta, breadsticks, and a sandwich. Went to open the pasta... and there was a huge nasty long piece of black hair cooked right into the pasta you can see clear as day from the top of thepasta. Immediately went back to store to show them and get my money back. The workers kept repeating over and over it?s fine youcan get your money back, it?s fine, it?s fine. As if it was not a big deal, no it?s not ?fine? it?s absolutely disgusting!! Isaw the girl making the food, had long black hair not in a hair net or anything no wonder why her hair is falling in people?sfood ???? Will absolutely NEVER get food from here again! Absolutely diabolical service! Was told a 20 minute wait which ended up being over 40 minutes. Shocking staff attitude - no... apology just ?there?s no staff in?. There were 7 staff members present at that time (mostly staring aimless into space) - theyreally need to pull their finger out and get some sort of system in place! Read more
I order the Same thing everytime I travel off MV and it?s always great service, I remember one time one driver drove to the... steamship in woodshole and delivered the pizza before the ferry left, that meant everything to me highly recommend everyone totip these guys correctly when you get pizza. Second time in two weeks my pizza had HAIR baked into it. Also the pan pizzas either have way too much or almost no sauce,... patchy cheese and under-cooked soggy crust! Two weeks ago my daughter spotted a hair IN her slice.. I figured it was gross butjust a random incident and can happen at any place. Then tonight when I picked up my pizza, I noticed that none of the workerswere wearing hair nets or gloves. One of them was mulling around like they were about to fall asleep standing up. Strange butI brought the pizzas home. Took a bite and pulled a short piece of orange/blonde HAIR out of my MOUTH and that was it for me..two hairs in two weeks, the same color and length, there's a hygiene issue here. And how come no one's wearing gloves? Theperson cutting the pizzas? No gloves, no mask, no hair net just a visor. Other people are mentioning hair in the other reviewstoo. That's a problem. Read more
