Placed my order at the kiosk and there were no table tents so when I asked for one the lady told the manager and he got mad and... threw the bag he had in his hand on the floor and walked over to the registers and loudly said right here and then when my orderwas ready they just yelled out our table number and we had to get up and go to the counter to get it. My boyfriend got the wrong shake and on top of it the lid was half on and half crushed and it spilled everywhere. No option for 0 stars. I pull up to the drive thru and a young man answers * yah? ". I ordered some food because I was starving... and it is a quick bite. Food was terrible except for the chicken nuggets, I mean how can you mess that up.... Anyways I pull upto the window after making my order and he is then on his personal phone with his back turned to me for a minute before he thencontinued to sound miserable. I waited at the register for 5 minutes. Had multiple people walk by the register and ignore me. No eye contact. no hello. no be... with you in a second. There's 5 people in out back making sandwiches all moving as slow as possible. Finally got my food afterwaiting another 10 minutes and it was wrong. I didn't even bother getting it corrected because I had to flag down two differentpeople just for them to tell me to wait. Burger King it is fr here on out. Read more
Nice staff; however sometimes a language barrier calls for multiple mistakes! If an order I receive is actually correct, then... cause for celebration is certainly in order! It?s very frustrating. You must request the usual obvious ie: ketchup/salt/napkinsect. and then if you receive 2 packs of ketchup & 1 salt consider yourself lucky! Fast service for my daily diet coke. Staff always nice and the management has been there for years. Seems turn over in employees... not as high as expected . Food is same as any McDonald's Read more
