Heard great things and ordered a few pies for pickup. Was told an hour which was not a problem coming from North Falmouth. Hit... the road about 30 minutes after calling in and ran a few errands at Stop&Shop and CVS before arriving at Peel 70 minutes afterordering. Checked in with the ?manager? who then said it would be another 20 minutes. No big deal, it was the middle of thesummer (tons of crazy tourists around). Time passes and the ?manager? gives us the same message?another 20 minutes. Politelychallenge her that she just said that 20 odd minutes ago and the woman reiterated that she was the manager and the food would beright out. Had young boys at home waiting for food and could not wait over 2 hours for a few simple pies. Asked for a refundwhich the ?manager? apprehensively agreed to and told us to ?never come back?. The service was fine and the product prep was prompt. But our pizza was mediocre at best. The bacon chicken ranch was missing... the ranch. Both pizzas were salty and had a rubbery tecture. Overall little flavor. Read more
I want to like this place. The pizza is good and the wings are very good. But the service is absolutely awful. I try and give... the benefit of the doubt and have given them so many chances, but every time we order from here our pizza is NEVER ready in thegiven 15 minute pick up window and we consistently have had to wait 30-45 minutes on site when we arrive towards the end of that15 minute window. It?s unacceptably bad service and they very consistently make no apologies for it. Nor have they ever offeredus a future discount. I?m done. Never coming here again. There are pizza options in Falmouth that are just as good that actuallyrespect their customers. Read more
Just arrived to pick up my pizzas. Bill is $37 for two pizzas. Ok, whatever. Problem is, girl drops the pizzas off the oven... and doesn't even acknowledge the fact. Never even says sorry. Never makes eye contact. Two kids at register print receipt,chef says 10 mins. Nice job Peel... Read more
