Say they open at 5am. It is never open at 5. I waited til 20 after and still nothing on the racks.

Horrible. Some lady grabbed our food an the employee basically told my boyfriend well yall should have grabbed it from her. Like... it was our fault. They had to remake our oder an honestly could tell they didn't cook things fully. Read more
Today I tried the tomato pesto grilled cheese on sourdough and for my drink I tried the strawberry mango lemonade.. the sandwich... was very tasty definitely an Italian style flavor with basil and a hint of garlic.. oven roasted tomatoes provide a good punch..only one side of the sandwich is toasted and the other side gets oily.. The drink was quite tasty yet floral in flavor only tookabout 6 minutes from beginning to end to get my order.. they wouldn't cut it in half for me but they gave me a plastic serratedknife and I cut it but overall pretty good experience sandwich is very tasty the drink is very tasty. Updated: Today, the cashier said i can get a free donut Friday if I was a member of DD Perks. I said yes, but they won't use the... DD app. What sense did that make? They even advertise for customers to download and use the DD app. When I asked the cashier howI can get the free donut, she did not know and said the manager was not there either. I get it she doesn't get paid to makedecisions, but the manager does and he wasn't even at work today. I am changing my 2 stars to one. This Dunkin donuts does notuse the app and you will not get points for purchases or be able to pay with the app. Very disappointed. Read more
Out of stuff they shouldn?t be and so we somehow paid almost 4$ for a black coffee and they have no creamer or sugar out for... patrons to mix into their coffee. This is not typical for DD would not go here again Read more
