Disappointed in the Chicken-Ham-swiss cheese Ciabatta sandwich. Too much bun. Skimpy dry piece of chicken breast and very little... Swiss cheese. McDonald's chick and fries are better. SORRY! Read more
Waited over 45 minutes for food a lady at the next table got there food that showed up 30 minutes after we did got there food... before we did she looks at me and says waiting long I told her over 45 minutes now.l will not go back there! Had the PhillyCheese Steak the fries where barely warm the sandwich you couldn't pick up it was so soggy looked like it was on a hot dog bundidn't see any cheese while picking though the meat there was a chunk of hamburger meat in with the chunks of steak or what everit was. My spouse and I stopped by this Big Boy for lunch today. This was a very good experience. Our server was Ricky. Ricky was... professional and courteous. He was dressed for the job, no sagging pants, no untucked shirt. no negative attitude. Ricky shirtwas tucked in his pants. He was clean shaven and his hair was neatly braided.
