Unreal ordered 4 items on a lrg with a turbo crust paid the price for 4 items and When pizza came it was wrong, so I called... back and talking to a so called supervisor He said that I paid for a 3 item pizza which would of been ok had i paid for a 3 itemlrg deep pizza.....he totaled up a 3 item pizza plus deliverary and it was still almost 2.dollars different than what i wascharged. I would not have even said anything other than that. But he want to dispute the in accuracy s like the customer isalways wrong...smh....but I will give credit where credit is due...it got hear to my house in good time....I hope he gave thedriver the 2 dollars along with the 5 I gave him because he deserved it ...smh done with Jets Read more
Jet's advertises 20% off if you text your order, but the texted order version is $3 more than the online price. Called the... store, RUDE associate said he was new and couldn't help me. I asked to talk to someone else, associate refused. This man-childkept telling me I could order it by text or online, but he was missing the point that I wasn't getting the 20% discount. Heacted like he couldn't have cared less. Re-train this child! Poor service at best. Read more

Ordered pizza for ma and daughter and supposed to be half and half but only cheese on one side and both toppings on other.... Called to talk to manager but said it was made according to the ticket and could remake pizza if i brought pizza back but unableto fo because we have an appointment to be at and dont have time so basically said were sol because then we would get 2 pizzasfor price of 1. I am so confused by this Jets. The food at the ones in Adrian and Saline are awesome. This one just is terrible. At first, I cut... them some slack. Jets was new to Tecumseh. A year later it's just that it's awful. The pizza is always over cooked. The doughtastes strongly of yeast. Delivery is very slow. I had ordered food online pick up at 6:00 p.m. When I went into the restaurant it was so smokey in there as if an oven had... caught on fire or something. And then if I had wanted to stay and eat my pizza all of the chairs for their tables were alreadystacked up like they were closing for the night. Well, I would have ordered if their online ordering actually worked. I tried 3 times and got the error message, "Whoops!... Something went wrong!" Few days go by and we decided we wanted pizza that wasn't Marcos so we called to order, and a robot voiceanswered. It took a while to talk to a real person and it was annoying. Pizza was delivered quickly though, and the reason I'mchanging my review is because it was EXCELLENT. They did a great job making our food. But they seriously need to fix theirordering issues.
