Great ribs, service is ok. They need to put a sign at the back entrance telling you to go too the main entrance area to be... seated. If you wait at the back you won't get seated and they will let you wait to figure it out on your own. I waited behind aparty of 5 untill i asked how long and was told that we had to wait by the front. The front has street parking, while the backhas public parking lots. It would make sense to have a sign or have staff direct you to the proper place to get seated. Read more
Prime Rib was very bland, no seasoning. We had reservations for 40 and they only had 3 servers covering the whole restaurant. ... The servers were good but they were trying to take care of at least 80 people. Our reservations should have never been taken ifthey knew they were short staffed. Next year we?ll try somewhere else. Don't go there for a steak dinner. I just had the worst filet mignon I have every had at a restaurant. It was like eating a... frozen steak. We were told they are pre packaged vacuum packed. I didn't even eat it. Husband got a rib eye that was full offat and grizzled. They are not a steak resurant. Services was not very good either. Read more
A really nice place in Tecumseh MI. We stopped after viewing the ice sculptures. The food was as expected except for our... chicken. One was a bit rubbery but the other was excellent. The server took care of the issue though so all was good. If your intown or near here stop in. We will go back and try it again. It was neat to see the saddles decorating the place. Read more
When this location first opened I felt like it was really basic food and wasn't impressed. Fast forward to years later and this... place has really grown on me. The food gets better every time! It's the perfect place to get drinks with friends and share anappetizer. The food, drinks and service at this location are superb. We live in a neighboring town and order take out from hereall the time! They're always on time with the order and happy to help! Absolutely would recommend stopping in for dinner! Read more
Ordered carry out, went inside to pick up customer service was great when going into get food. I spent $32 for two meals, get... home to open one box (chicken tenders) there?s two chicken tenders not very big and a small handful of fries 10 or less.Absolutely terrible portion size for 11.49 this was a complete waste of my time and money, overall the food was fine but theyclearly didn?t seem to care about the amount of food. I understand we?re in the middle of a pandemic but come on if you wantcustomers to come back do better than this. Was a complete waste of $40 (after $8 tip) I will not return. Cozy little antique-western themed place with standard steakhouse-sportsbar menu. I enjoyed my blank bean mushroom Swiss burger... and my friends enjoyed their fish-and-chips and half-rack of ribs dinners. Mom not so thrilled with her burger which seemed tobe a preformed patty; it had that sort of "surface" which reminded me of the patties you can get at the store. Aside from that,though, we enjoyed our lunch and would return. The staff was friendly and attentive, the service a bit slow ... though when inconversation with good friends over a meal with no hurry to be anywhere else, that didn't bother me much.
