Ordered some crazy bread. It was hot and ready 10/10 Asked for extra garlic butter an parm. Kid walks semi around the corner... asked what he should do then brings it back and sells me it. I will never return here. Read more
I came in to pick up a hot and ready today. I got the deep dish and the cheese bread. Good price. Only problem I had was the... deep dish didn't have sauce. I'm not going to get bent out of shape since I work food service and I know mistakes happen. Thisis obviously the kind of place that's a kid's first job. Very poor customer service and unreliable delivery service--they use DoorDash for delivery services. Waited over an hour without... a driver picking up my order to deliver. When I called the store they told me that "nobody has come to pick it up" and my orderwas just sitting there. After waiting that long I wanted to cancel my order and they stated they were "unable to cancel orrefund an order". Surely every business is able to refund orders- especially when we never recieved the product paid for! Iasked to speak to a manager, was given a phone number, called--it was an invalid number. So we were left waiting for a Doordashdriver to (MAYBE?) come pick the order up. Eventually someone did accept the delivery to bring us our cold pizza that had beensitting for over an hour. Customers should be able to cancel/refund order when the product/delivery is not done as promised.Completely ridiculous. *no fault to the Doordash drivers*, just horrible customer service from the store. Don't offer deliveryservices if it is not reliable. Our local business will never be ordering from this store again. Read more
Really disappointed, we came here a couple of times but now we won't anymore. The Pizza isn't freshly made, they are premade and... kept warm until somebody orders it. The pizza was cold, dry and tasted horrible. Seems to be their new model, apart from thehigh prices compaired to other Little Ceasars stores. Read more
Pizza order was incorrect. Was not cooked all the way, soggy crust. The people were friendly, The store could have been cleaner.
