I'm 3 miles up the road from the store but I can't get a delivery..... really.... 3 miles. SOOOOO much future business lost.

Ordered a sub and a pizza and had a great experience. My girlfriend loved the sub and the pizza has been getting better and... better at Marcos lately, super fresh and tasty plenty of toppings and good ones too. Very disappointing experience with many concerns about this Marcos... Ordered a pizza with the number listed on Google and put... that number in my iPhone. A male answered the phone and asked me my number. When I provided it he used my first name likelyfrom a database. He took my order and told me 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the young woman who waited on me at the counterwith no mask on and no hair net either when she had been preparing food in my sight in the back when I walked in. She did nothave my order. Her excuse was that I must have called the Adrian store and not the Tecumseh store. I insisted that I had thenumber correct from Google. No apology was made and nothing was offered to move this forward instead of going south as it was. I related that I have my family in the car and they will be disappointed. Then she offered to make me a pizza if I know what Iwant.... I went to my car and called the number that I ordered on earlier and she answered the phone, I had the correct number. She suggested that her delivery person may have forgotten to give anyone else my order when he took it earlier. Still noapology even though we now know that I called the correct number. She then suggested that I should have ordered on the Marcowebsite and not used the phone..... Sigh.... I told her that I attempted that and my browser displayed a warning that theMarco web site is NOT secure and open to public viewing.... Who wants to put their credit card in a nonsecure site. This wasmy first experience ever attempting to order from this Marcos and by the time that I drove off I had questions about theircompetence, their ability to safely prepare food, their ability to operate safely in a pandemic and why a customer was treatedthis poorly, openly blamed for what Marcos does not have under control with their own infrastructure and again.... no apologyoffered. We were visiting the parents and they suggested Marco?s pizza. This was my first time having Marco?s and it was delicious.... Delivery was fast and the food was terrific. Highly recommend. Read more
