Food was nasty, fries were cold and only half full. Gave me a straw with no wrapper, not a normal wendys straw, but a bendy... straw that collapsed when you tried to drink through it. Read more
My coworker and I eat here often. On 08/24/2022 was the worst to date. Huge water puddle on the floor, restroom was... absolutely dirty, the condiment bar was out of everything and dirty, they were out of diet soda, lettuce (I understandthere's a lettuce recall), and out of a few other things (can't remember), tables not cleaned, garbage overflowing. 5 Stars for customer service. The line was fast. Keep in mind that I just recently moved to Clinton from Westland, so I'm used... to having to wait a bit for my food. This line was pretty fast for having 5 cars in it; very efficient. The lady taking my orderwas extremely nice, even after I thought I forgot my wallet and tried to use tap to pay. Luckily I found it after picking up mymail. She understood and we both laughed about it. The gentleman who handed me my food was quick but still nice. My entire orderwas correct, so we love that. Subtract 1 Star for my chicken sandwhich. It was awful. Very off taste to it. I thought thatmaybe it was the tomato or lettuce. Sometimes I'm picky about my produce. I took off the tomato and lettuce, and it still justhad a really funky taste to it. I'm pretty sure it was the cheese after that, but I just threw it away.
