Every time we go there and a girl (her name is Espinosa or something like that) waits on us she is rude and throws the food... around and acts like she doesn?t like us and like she does want to be there. I?m really tired of it. She?s very short with usand rude. Why is this behavior accepted? That is not the way you are supposed to treat your customers!!!!! This is the Subway inTecumseh Nebraska! Usually the service is ok but the last few times my order was placed an hour ahead of time and still was not ready when I showed... up. Also for whatever reason this store does not accept PayPal through online ordering anymore. I also cannot place ordersonline I always get an error. The employees claim it works as other people place online orders. I have tried several times frommany devices to order online and still get the same error. Read more
They do a great job of getting us in and out. If we know there just won't be enough time to order in line they never have an... issue with us calling in our sandwiches and sending someone with 4 different forms of payment and processing it all beforesending them on their way. Read more
I didn't have a horrible experience but I didn't have a great one either. The food is good and fresh but my sandwich maker... seemed a bit on the chatty side with the person in front of me which made my wait a lot longer. Granted I'm not expecting fastfood service but I would appreciate it if there's a line of four or five people waiting to get their sandwiches made that youdon't spend 10 minutes talking ex's and who's dating who. But all in all the food still is good so I will be back. Read more
