Lobby eating areas always dirty and trash cans are always full

There was a huge wait and too long enought the only thing is the frys where warm and and burger was colder then the frys

1st time trying Braums's - pleasantly surprised, everyone enjoyed their meals, the cashier was very informative about the... company and how the have their own dairy and process their own cows to provide meat for burgers. Everyone said the meat had agreat taste. The kids meals were a fair size. only complaint is in regards to all the flys inside the restaurant -perhaps theyshould consider some fly traps. Read more

Usually friendly and polite and regularly restocked with fresh produce and everything else. The few times the shelves are empty... are usually after a payday or big event like a community gathering nearby. Best milk and ice cream if you have intolerance. Read more

I cannot give this place any more chances or money. I WAS a regular customer who ALWAYS asked for my order to be cooked FRESH.... The female managers all knew that I was the "fresh please" lady with no problem pulling forward to wait. About a month ago Iwent and ordered a spicy chicken club combo and asked the person taking my order to have it made fresh. At the pay window Iverified that they let the cook know. At the pickup window I asked if it was fresh when they handed me a bag instead of pullingme forward. I pulled up to check it and nope it wasn't fresh. As soon as I walked in the manager goes "I told them 3 times thatyou're a regular customer and to make it fresh". I had to wait for my food to be made fresh. A couple of weeks ago was my lasttime going. I ordered my usual #2 no veggies except pickles, add bacon, soda no ice. For hubby a #2 with everything, add bacon,drink no ice. I get home and both burgers have everything on them and are not fresh! I went back for a refund on just my foodand drink. The stupid manager refunded me for a cheaper #5 instead of the #2 I paid for so technically I am still owed over $1back. NO MORE CHANCES! Read more
