The microphone on the drive through doesn't work very well. The staff are friendly and try to get the order right, but cannot... hear the customer. On our last visit they did not give us all of our order that we paid for. Food quality and serving size hasgone down a lot. Read more
Got home with my food & realized that my order wasn?t quite right. Called the store and spoke to manager, Hannah. She was so... kind and helpful, and offered to make me new items. She handled the situation so well and even remade my items herself. 10/10service, we need more people like Hannah in this world. Read more

A lot of people are saying they had issues but I had a great experience and the staff was very nice to me. My order was perfect.
In the three or so weeks this location has been opened, I have gone six times with every instance having a problem. 20 plus... minute wait times, no eggs, rude managers, incorrect orders, forgotten sauces and drinks. All of this on top of opening a monthbehind schedule. Don't bother coming here if you like your food the way you order it. Read more

The place definitely gets your food to you quick. I?ve been there 1/2 dozen times and only once has my order actually been right... the first time. I?m not sure if they have poor communication or if some of the people taking the orders are incompetent. I gavethem the benefit of a doubt a few times.
