Order 2 bowls on Aug 12 through app wasn't ready when I reach there had to wait. After when at home open bad smell and not upto... the Freshii Level bowls it was. Next morning called to share feedback the lady rudely said it was not me who was working lastnight, call when she is available. I don?t normally do reviews, but i do have to express how amazing the employees are at this location. I had a long day at work... followed by 2.5 hours at the gym nearby and i had entered the store 2 minutes to close. Ive worked at a fast food restaurantmyself in the past so I?m well aware how busy workers are during that last hour to close. I was treated with so much enthusiasmand kindness (was not expecting it considering). My first ever review. I never complain about these things but Brunette girl straight up rolled her eyed at me when I ordered a... smoothie, cashed me out and didn?t ask the size either. Made me a fiesta wrap with chicken even though she never asked me forprotein at all I?m a vegetarian. The wrap was also very bad and fell apart. I never complain but the google reviews show thatother people agree that the service here is very bad. When I tried to call for manager it no pick up at all and phone wasringing constantly when I was in the store. Paid 16$ for terrible food. Will not be going to this location again this was girlstraight up acting like she don?t want to be there. Read more
Customer service was good, ladies were very friendly and helpful. Portions are large and you get lots of food. They do however... have a limited amount of toppings for a salad bar. (Compared to other businesses in the area) The salads and bowls themselveslack flavor. No seasoning. Dressings are bland. I personally would not return but someone else may enjoy :) Read more
Experience or service hasn't been over 2 stars any of the times we've been here .. don't know why we keep going back. The staff... are extremely slow and seems like they lack training. I'd call and share the feedback directly but when you call they don'tanswer the phone and then when you walk in 4 staff are standing around with not a customer in the store. Have been told thesmoothie machine isn't working multiple times. I hope sharing this feedback helps them identify areas to improve and be better. Read more
Stopped in yesterday and got the Oaxaca bowl with tofu. Highly recommend it, super filling and really delicious! Loved it and... can't wait to try the rest of the menu!! Read more
