I can?t believe the level of inhumanity I just witnessed with the two employees that were working today. Both female one younger... and one older. I simply came in and nicely asked for a side of dressing because I had ordered a salad and the dressing was noton it. They gave me a very dirty look and no we can?t do that. Everything going on in our world right now, and these two workerscouldn?t just give me a side of dressing (which I would of paid for). I will never go back here and I will be telling everyoneat my work who frequent there to never go back. Time to hire some nicer workers who show some compassion and with better manners! Read more
Great place for delicious sub in the town
I went in to order 5 subs and the girl had to call her manager to see if that was ok. She had a very bad attitude after her... manager told to go ahead with my order. Good food but very bad customer service. Read more
I usually like stopping at Subway with my kids when we have a busy night and I don't have time to feed them at home. I always... thought their bread was fresh, but when I saw mold on my son's sandwich I could not believe it! I then contacted customerservice to let them know about my experience and that it was not acceptable to sell moldy bread. The response I received wasjust as bad. They thanked me for my feedback and suggested it wouldn't happen again. I'm thinking at the very least, I shouldget a refund. I expect more from this chain. Read more
Horrible experience. I regret my visit so much. Very rude employee who was blatantly racist to my parents. He said go back to... your own country after my mom asked him why he was so frustrated. Im going to make sure he doesn't work there any longer. Headoffice has been notified and it should be a message to the rest of the staff who thought it was acceptable. Learn some respect.Shame on subway for hiring such a horrible person. Next time its going viral on video. Read more
