Enjoyed my visit. Dining room and bathroom was clean. Food was correct and tasty. Enjoyable visit this afternoon May 15/2022.
Customer service was awful the manager there was really rude to me and my friend. She was also rude to her coworkers. All round... bad worker. I used to work at a Wendys so I ordered my favorite things. Both tasted really bland and a little gross. On top ofthis, the fries has green mold on a couple of them. Could be something else but I don't usually expect green on my fries. Read more
Again, Incompetent staff could not even get a simple order correct, come on. This is not highly skilled tasks at handed.James... the Managers solution was for me to driving 20 mins back to pick up what I already paid for. I would suggest the fries, that's all I order from this one so... that's all i can really recommend, the few times Ive had... burgers they've been good though so you'd probably be safe ordering one of those. Staff are 9/10 too. Read more
This particular Wendy's restaurant is connected to a Tim Hortons. This particular Wendy's restaurant is out off of EC row and... Manning Road. Service is decent and the customer service is decent as well. Their food was adequate at best as it appeared thatthe burger was just thrown together. Something I have a penchant for every time I go to fast food now, I appreciate looking at ameal that has been served with a tad bit of care. Fast food is not known for their but their luck, yet all their ads appear tobe much yummier than the food actually is. That's why Wendy only gets 3 stars. Read more
Great location and good food. Chili is always good on a cold day. They don't put the chili seasoning in the bag unless you... ask, should come with it or at least offer it. Like you offer ketchup for fries. The spicy chicken is great. Real chicken, notprocessed. Great for lunch anytime Read more
I regularly go to this location and they have never made a mistake on my order. They are always very friendly and prompt. The... interior is always very clean with lots of seating. I like that it has a Tim Hortons attached so I can go through the drivethrough for my lunch and then straight into the drive through for my afternoon coffee. The location is really convenient too,just of the corner of Manning and EC Row. Read more
I think Wendy's is one of the high quality chain stores. The staffs of this branch are friendly and helpful. The coffee quality... was good but not great. Ice cream was delicious and affordable for everyone. Read more
