We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here this past weekend and it was such a perfect lunch! We ordered a large cheese... pizza, which had just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio, according to my very discerning and picky eater 5 year old. Igot the unlimited Salad bar add on, which was very affordable. The salad bar was clean and well stocked and I went back for moreplates than I care to admit. :) Also, as a person with celiac disease who has lived in Tehachapi the last 6 months, I thought Iknew of all the gluten-free options, but I just discovered that Round Table has gluten-free pizza! I don't believe theyadvertise it online, and the general public of Tehachapi doesn't know that, so just wanted to put it out there. I didn't try itthis visit, but I look forward to having their gluten free pizza on our next visit. Oh but just a heads up though for anyfellow celiacs, the salad dressings have gluten in them. But that's a corporate issue, not this individual round table'sissue. Round Table also has a rewards app, so it would be good to download it before you go so you can scan and get pointstowards free food. I was able to type in our receipt into the app after the purchase, but it was a bit more work. There wasalso a play area with some games that ranged from 1 to 4 quarters each. First visit here and it was such a disappointment. Everyone was nice, but the food was wrong. I ordered two pizzas and they got... the toppings wrong. I was too tired and hungry to complain but then our cinnamon twists came and they were burnt to the point ofblack char all over the bottom. By this point I was pretty upset because it was obvious they were burnt (black char, crispy,stiff) and yet they still served it to us like that. We asked for new ones and told they?d redo them but it would take 15-20minutes. We were disappointed with everything and I decided to wait and see if they would be good. I?m so glad we waited becausethey came out so good and perfect! It was worth the wait and honestly the only reason why I?m giving this place 3 stars insteadof 1. I think they maybe need some more training or support. They were slammed with orders so it?s understandable there would besome slight mistakes. This is the WORST Round Table I have ever been to. We have been supporting this business since it first opened but today they... served me a raw pizza. Mistakes happen so I called to notify the "manager" and he was the most rude, unprofessional andcombative person I have ever encountered in the service industry. He basically said that there's nothing he can do and it's myfault because they set a timer on their pizza so if I like it "well done" I can ask for that next time. I don't want it welldone sir, I just want it done. Who wants to eat a soggy, flat, wet, raw pizza? You can clearly see it's raw and extremely thin.I have been eating Round Table Pizza since I was a child and this is not how it's supposed to look. Maybe next time takeaccountability for your employee's (or oven's) mistake and make it right with the customer. The last thing you should do isblame the customer for your error and fail to offer a solution. Without customers you wouldn't have a job. Now I'm out the costof the pizza and need to find something else to feed my family for dinner. I will never return to this establishment and I willbe reporting this. ATTENTION!! Do NOT come here because if there's something wrong with your order they do not care and will notresolve the issue. This sorry excuse for a Round Table makes the entire franchise look bad. The salad bar for all you can eat is 10.99 even with purchase. 7.99 for 1 trip. I remember it being alot cheaper than this in... lancaster. The service was quick. No wait time at around 7pm. Read more
Went to the new Round Table Pizza in town. What a disappointment. The place was empty (5pm), but quickly filled up after we... ordered our medium pizza with NO ONIONS. Needless to say when our pizza was placed in front of us 50 MINUTES later, it wasLOADED with as many onions as could fit on it. Not only did others get their pizza first, they goofed up our order. We hadn't been to a Round Table pizza in years so we had to give it a try again. The pizza was really good, some of the best... we've had. The prices, though, were really outrageous. Two mediums were $55. This location wouldn't allow us to use a couponbecause she said they weren't set up to take them yet. I would only go back if they decide to allow coupons. Read more
Amazing food and service! We have been patiently waiting for them to open and it was worth the wait. Helpful and friendly staff... and management and DELICIOUS pizza and wings! We love the beer wall! There?s beer on tap and it?s a convenient self serve wall???? sweet little arcade, plenty of tv options (and they even put on the NFL game for me ????) and family friendly seating andenvironment. Will not go to Round Table in tehachapi again. They messed up our order and didn't deliver half of the order that was paid for.... When we called to complain about both pieces they refused to address the wrong order being sent and when asked about the missingpieces of the order the girl said it would take 25 minutes to make and deliver so they just weren't going to make it and alsojot refund the money for the missing items. The girl we spoke with was extremely rude and when we told her we wanted themissing items made and delivered she promptly just hung the phone up.
