Don?t pull away from the window until you?ve checked your order. Every time I?ve been there, they forget at least one item. Once... you pull away, getting your item is not possible. Front door is locked, won?t answer to speaker. Never fails. The number theygive you to call does not work. Read more

So I normally i do not complain because I do realize that everyone has bad days, including me. ;) But Charlotte in the drive... thru was so very rude! This is not the first time I have dealt with her attitude either. The food is always good here and thestaff is wonderful during the day. But Charlotte has never been kind, very rude when asking questions about the menu, and seemedso irritated with me. I had to ask for her name after we got our food in fear she would do something to it. Very good food andnormally very good service, just try avoiding Charlotte if you can. Read more
