Went through the drive thru this morning around 10:30. Dude handed me the cup with the lid off and spilt hot coffee all over me... and my car then just stared at me like it didn't happen. Soaked through my clothes immediately burning me and trashing my car inthe process. I said uh dude can I get some napkins? He grabbed about 5 and handed them to me and expected that to just be it. Hehanded me a new drink again, lid not on all the way. I asked him if he was serious, he just burnt me and isn't going to do orsay anything even apologize, and then looked me dead in my eyes and said, 'seriously, I don't care.' Thanks. Talked to themanager inside and literally nothing was done. 'Brayden' the manager wouldn't refund me, but would give me a free order nexttime I came in or said I could call corporate but wouldn't give me the guys name so? I've lived here a long time and besides thelong wait time, I have NEVER had an experience like this here in our home town of Tehachapi. Read more

This place does nothing to cultivate relationships with customers. usually too busy. Bathrooms are sometimes dirty due to... highway travelers. I would suggest the other one in town. Read more
Very neat and clean but service were extremely slow inside. Drive through seems to go fast .. maybe short staff
Coffee was great, as usual, but bathrooms were gross and they seemed to prioritize the drive thru and mobile orders. Staff was,... however, very friendly and seating area was clean enough. Read more
Starbucks coffee. What can I say? To me it always tastes burned. Not the fault of the staff, the roaster carries 100% of the... blame. This day I purchased a blonde roast, which is supposed to be a medium roast, nope ashy burned taste. In my opinion, ifthere is a local coffee house, go with that. Unless you want that coffee flavored candy drink. Then knock yourself out. Read more
