Best Subway I have ever been to. I live in Omaha and stop in Tekamah often and we always stop at this subway. Every time it is... perfect and the employees are super nice. I don't get that service in Omaha very often anymore. It seems like after covid inOmaha no one really cares anymore, and I like how this subway keeps it the way things used to be. Sandwich artists were very polite and food was good.
I love this Subway. I feel the people that complain have never really experienced a poorly managed Subway, almost nit-picking.... This Subway is very clean, offering extremely friendly customer service and that small town welcome. My spouse and I aremilitary, we?ve traveled eating Subway in many metro areas. HORRIABLE!..... ordered several sandwich platters for a birthday party in July 2020 to be picked up at 5pm, party started at 6. ... Called at noon to make sure they had the order and everything was a go. Got to Subway in Tekamah and they said they had noorder, and started calling different people no one knew anything.... they didn't care one bit and acted like it was my fault. Iasked if they could make up the trays quick they said it would be an hour or 2. I had to order Pizza. Figured I'd try them onemore time today, called and asked If I could place an order for a sandwich platter they acted like this was a completeimposition, I said forget it I'll order pizza again! Stopped by this location a few days ago! Nothing but polite employees, great customer service, and amazing food! Definitely will... be stopping here every time I pass though Tekamah! You guys are amazing!! Read more
Horrible customer service. I order a sandwich online and it said would be done by 3pm. I picked it up at 3:05pm and it was ice... cold!!! When I called to complain the lady didn't seem to even care. Wont be ordering from here again. Read more
