I?ve been to a lot of Vietnamese places over the years and this gem located in a small strip mall in the small town Telford, PA... was probably among the top 3 best Vietnamese restaurants I?ve been too. It was recommend by our neighbor and it surely did notdisappoint. The apps - summer roll; very fresh veggies and shrimp as well as very flavorful grilled pork. Was wrapped tightlyand the filling didn?t fall out like a lot of other restaurants. The peanut sauce was well balanced, love a good peanut sauce. The fried spring rolls were definitely house made and not bought frozen; well if it was, it had me fooled. The filling had agenerous amount of pork and the flavors were explosive. Was fried very crispy. So good. The dipping cause was less fishy thanothers but more vinegary which gave it a nice acidic punch. The noods - I got the #1 pho which is the classic beef noodle soupwith all the fixings. That?s always my go to as a baseline. It was served piping hot which as any good Asian knows isquintessential to having a happy belly. The soup was full of flavor without being heavy. You can taste the hours and hours ofsimmering away of the bones and meats. Speaking of the meat, all the beef cuts were tender and fresh. The noodles were cookedperfect, had a good texture from start to finish. Even the side of sprouts, basil and other accoutrements were fresh. My husbandisn?t a big soup guy, he ordered the #11 which is the dry seafood rice noodles with chicken soup on the side. The sauce for thenoodles was very clean and classic of a sweet soy and sesame oil flavor. The seafood was cleaned and flavorful. The chickenbroth was of good quality, a little sweet but still very satisfying. Our neighbor also recommended the banh mi and again, itdid not disappoint. We ordered the grilled pork banh mi to share. The pork was super flavorful and juicy. Sometimes the meat ina banh mi can be dried out and jerky like but this wasn?t that at all. The bread was crusty but soft. The o Read more

My favorite cuisine is Vietnamese food and I?ve tried everyone of the restaurants that serve Vietnamese food in Montgomery... county and surrounding areas. I have to say this restaurant is the best in my opinion. They do not take shortcuts iningredients and are fresh, not like some other restaurants that had bad experience after eating food or beef, tendons taste likeexpired or not fresh. Here?s a good example, just look at this Bum Bo Hue, one of my favorites? they make authentic style, onrequest they will add pork leg and cartilage, and other ingredients that make this dish delicious. On rare occasion, you mightfind a place in South Philly that may have these added ingredients option. Vietnam Cafe takes pride in making good Vietnamesefood, you can taste the difference. As for the Pho dishes, I?ve been to a lot of other restaurants in area that you can beef isnot fresh and serve with water down Pho broth soup on order. You want experience authentic Vietnamese, this place is it! It?sfunny that this restaurant is located in small Town Telford; who would have thought the best Vietnamese food landed in thislocation. I?ve been coming here for a long time and great service too!!! Read more

1st time here. At first surprised at how popular it is, but then realized it's the food and service. We had the vegetable... salad with crispy tofu and number 26 the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll. Oh and the pancake with filling appetizer, don't remember the exact name. It was huge. All the vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Everything was well cooked. Thegrilled pork was savory with a slight smoky flavor. Delicious. Service was good. Two servers for like 20 tables and probablylike 70 guests. They were working hard to provide the service. Highly recommend, will go back. Read more

Love this new cafe I was recommended!!! Giving this a five star ONLY for the Banh Mi that I ordered and the service for my take... out. I?ve been looking for a business that makes Banh Mi and I it?s here. This is the classic Vietnamese hoagie. This cafe madethis perfectly from how I remembered it as a kid. The roll is so fresh, smeared pate and layers of fresh cucumber, jalapeño,pickled carrots, and lots of the Vietnamese cold cuts. MUAH, YUMMY!!! Cafe is easy to get to. It?s in small strip of business.Whether taking out or dining in there, the host was super friendly and quick. The prices are super reasonable for the amount offood and quality considering everything has doubled in prices due to the supply chain. My hoagie was $8.00. Cafe was clean fromwhat I was able to see. It?s spacious enough to have privacy if needed. Decor is functional and simple. I highly recommend thiscafe to try. Read more

The food was good. My younger sister got the bun bo hue, but it was too spicy for her taste. They totally forgot to put in my... pho dac biet order until I reminded them. It came quickly after that. My daughter liked her com bo nuong. No peanut allergicreaction for my two daughters which is good for a Vietnamese restaurant. Wife and I tried the bun dac biet and beef wrapped ingrape leaves on our second recent trip. They were great! I upped my review to five stars. Read more

Had a great lunch here today, first time. The Pho was outstanding, and it starts with the broth. It was one of the heartier Pho... broths I?ve ever had. You could tell it was soaking in beef bone marrow for a LONG time. Plenty of basil too, and a largeportion overall. I also enjoyed a coconut drink with fresh meat inside, always a must. My co-worker had the vermicelli, itlooked great, and again larger than other places. Truly and authentic experience. Thank you, we?ll be back! Read more
