the new general manager, Mandy Montezuma, is kind of rude and fires employees for unfair reasons and has a really bad attitude... towards them. the place seems to have gone downhill in general recently from what I've seen when ordering from there andhonestly I'm wondering if this new manager has something to do with that? ???? it's hard to run a business when you treat youremployees poorly. how can you expect your team to wanna come in and give 100% of their effort when you're not nice to them???????????? anyway, I won't be ordering from here anymore. it doesn't sit right with me to support someone who I know is unkindto their employees. (i haven't worked here but I've been ordering from here for a long time and noticed a negative changerecently and also know people who work here and know how she treats some of them. so this is my perspective and opinion as aformer customer) Read more
Pizza was just ok. Have you noticed that since John Schneider is no longer in charge you no longer get good coupons like 50% off... and pizza has lost some quality? We go to Chicago Pizza now. Read more
Placed an order over the phone operator said papa rewards could be used at the counter during pick up at the counter person was... very rude said No only when ordering online even after telling her what person on the phone said!! Pizza was very good tho andon time Read more

I ordered a xlarge shaq pizza. They told me 26 min. A hour and 20 min i get my pizza. It was barely lukewarm. By the 2nd piece... it was cold and chewy. I got a-half hearted apology from the manager and a story about another customer not answering the callwhen the driver was at the apt building. So what the driver made everyone elses orders cold to try and serve 1 person. No offerto replace or discount. Just a well it happens kind of attitude. Read more
I only order takeout from the app and I have never had a problem. Food is always cooked well and delicious. And any extras such... as red pepper flakes or seasoning etc I always get. One time they forgot to add the pepper but it's okay. When you order onlineyou're going to get your food within 15-20 minutes. Read more
I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN until I can talk to a person that can understand me, I can understand them and is where I thought I was... calling. Relaying an order is going to be a big fail!!
