Very nice and family friendly atmosphere. Awesome food and waitress was awesome and organized. We had a large group show up and... she did not miss a beat. So didn't actually get to try the food, so I assumed it's delicious. I understand it's busy on a Thursday night before... Halloween weekend. I even understand short staffed. I walked and after a short wait I was greeted by a young girl. I said oneplease. Her reply was "we have no tables" not that there was a wait. Not that they were about to close (it was 5pm so I doubtthe was the case) just "we have to tables" I was shocked for a second. She then blurts out "I have a table for 6 but I can'tsit you there by yourself " I am sure my face was confused looking. I then asked if there was anything at the bar. She said Icould go look but that she couldn't go back there. Maybe cause she is under 21. I don't know. The bar wasn't packed but the wayeveryone was spread out there wasn't much room. I wasn't going to try and squeeze between people in the little space not evenwide enough for the bar stool. So I left frustrated and hungry. We went here for a late lunch/early dinner. Ended up having the sirloin. It was very good. the rest of the food was good as... well. I would highly recommend stopping here. Our server was very nice and attentive. If we are ever back in the area this willbe one of our stops! Read more
We have been consistent customers of this establishment since moving to Indiana 18 months ago and received the worst service... yesterday. We arrived as a party of 12 around lunchtime yesterday. We asked if we could be seated at separate tables due to thelong wait to be seated together. The manager told us that she didn?t have anyone to serve us at separate tables. She wouldn?tgive us a wait time. We waited, and we watched a party of 8 that had been served leave and two parties be seated. We asked againabout being seated at separate tables. The hostess asked the manager who refused to seat us. We got the distinct impression thatshe didn?t want our business and we left. Read more

Amazing place to eat! We have eaten here twice. It was my 62nd birthday and all the food they brought was perfect! The sweet... potato fries were thicker and had good sweet potato on the inside! Amazing! Every time we go to Patoka lake we come down 37 andeat at this restaurant because it?s well worth the trip. Then we drive back to Evansville afterwards. Read more
The king chop was absolutely delicious although I don't care for the grainy mustard sauce they pair it with I chose to add a... double order of sauteed onions over the top and that was an excellent choice. I live in Florida but I will be going back againI believe Saturday and we're going to take a group over to celebrate.... And I was just there 3 days ago so I'm hoping foranother enjoyable evening.
