The gentleman that was taking our order was in a big hurry you could tell. He was very rude. We asked for stuff on our... sandwiches we didn't get they didn't tell us that we were not allowed to get it. They did not have mayonnaise for my sandwichthey didn't have drinks only diets. We did not get our sauces that they asked us if we wanted. We did not realize it till we gothome and got ready to eat our food. So we called them. I Wouldn't even give one star but had to to leave a review. Food has been cold several times..order has been wrong MORE times... than not. I either get home and part of it not be in my sack, or have totally wrong sandwiches. I Went today to try and get acouple lemonades...three workers were outside smoking and said they were on break and didn't have anything prepared.so I may aswell go. I watched them send several other customers away as I waited in line at Arbys. I also noticed they had the lobby doorslocked, as a man and his wife tried to enter and could not. I'd like to know how the owners feel about their employees sendingtheir customers away. Very sad. Read more
Food was alright. We dined in. The person that took our order got one of the orders wrong. We asked to replace the fries for a... baked potato (which was half rotten). Instead, he charged for the baked potato and gave us the fries. When we was eating. We hadto hear the employees complaining about they was only getting minimum wage. If they don't like there salary. they need to eitherask for more money or find another job. Customers shouldn't have to listen to all that complaining while eating. Read more
