I can't say enough good things about Wood Ear. They have great murals, nice ambiance, awesome servers, and amazing vegan ramen.... Seriously, Mushroom Fest is some of the best vegan ramen I have had. It's super flavorful and has all sorts of goodness in it(avocado, corn, FRIED tofu, etc.). I'll be back here every time I visit Telluride. Don't miss this vegan ramen! Read more

The Ramen was absolutely delicious, although very filling. I could not finish it all. The ginger beer was delicious with just... enough spice to satisfy. Was able to get a reservation about 20 mins before I intended to be there, as this was a last minutedecision but they do sometimes accept Walk ins. They also have rice bowls and other yummy options. The service was good, thehost and server friendly and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is just gorgeous! 5 stars for sure. Read more

We stopped at Wood Ear after a week of camping around Colorado. It was a well deserved treat after seeing so much around the... state. Not only is the alcohol selection incredible but the drinks are creative and well thought through. The food itself isAsian fusion and not only some of the best Asian influenced cuisine in Telluride but Colorado in general. Living in Denver theretends to be a lack of creativity in Asian cuisine. If Wood Ear were closer to me I'd go every night. From the appetizers to theRamen and rice bowls. Everything is well thought out, creative, fun and delicious. I highly recommend checking them out. Folks, I've been on a driving loop from Alberta down through Zion, Bryce Canyon, Moab and now back through Idaho and Montana to... Calgary. Hands down this pub/restaurant has the best food I've tasted in a very long time. Their smoked old fashioned and rumand smoke are top notch. Shout out to Alex and Brian who were attentive and interactive bartenders. Great work to the entireteam! Cool Asian meets traditional Colorado atmosphere. Read more

Our favorite restaurant of our visit to the area. Kind of a Texas meets Japan menu and each of our dishes had a lot of flavor.... Service a touch slow tonight but overall really great. Read more

Wonderful flavors and cool atmosphere. The hand carved bar in the basement is said to be one of the oldest in Telluride. The... noodle soups are worth the expense. They have an unbelievable alcohol selection - literally a book to go through! Read more

If you are looking for a fusion ramen spot with bold flavors to wake up your taste buds, then this is it. We almost didn't go in... because of the way the restaurant looks outside. But the interior decor is cozy and unique. My husband likes his beaver blondebeer, I enjoy my del mare ramen, and we both love the buffalo cauliflower. I took 1 star away because we were sent home with abiodegradable bowl for the leftover ramen. I know some ramen chefs consider it a cardinal sin to take leftover ramen home. Inthis case, make me finish mine there but don't send me home with a biodegradable bowl and make me clean my car. Read more

The vibe was incredible along with great food and drinks. When you walk in you go downstairs and once you get to the bottom you... see so much care was put into the decor. Everything from the mural on the back wall to the ornate wood on the bar. The servicewas great and the food was made with high quality ingredients. I do think the cocktails are overpriced but we’re still tasty. Read more
