Must say we were seated very quickly and our waitress was polite. Food was good. Wait time for the food was long. Service was... poor. Drinks took awhile. Asked for straws then had to wait again. We used to frequent this restaurant weekly. Their menu is over the top with excellent food. The server’s are hot or cold. Many... times we had friendly and helpful staff and then one day everyone was horrible (cold food, telling us their personal problems,throwing my husband’s beverage on the table). When I sent in a review zero response and no accountability. I refuse to returnto this type of treatment no matter how good your food. Major disappointment. Read more

Went with my family of four for a lunch date. We were able to get in and be seated pretty immediately to arrival versus our home... location is usually a 20 or 30-40 minute wait time. We tried the $11 lunch specials and the children's combos. Great selectionsespecially with picky kids. They loved their appetizers and having abilities to choose their favorites off the menu. Our serverwas especially attentive, kind, and helpful, everyone had plenty of food and drink refills this afternoon. Overall a greatexperience. Read more

Arrived and was told there was a 30 minute wait. Gave my cell number and went outside. Text message received within 5 minutes... stating my table was ready. The place was a sign of hustle and patrons enjoying themselves. Customer service was well above par/ expectations. Waitress was very upbeat / cheerful and knowledgeable. I ordered fish and chips (slightly over cooked the fishbut still delicious). My guest had the parmesan chicken which was very tasty. Environment was definitely a place of excitementand people enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this establishment and will be returning in the near future. Took the kids here for dinner. Our wait was about 15 minutes on a Thursday night. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.... The place looked clean. Our plates were about $15 each. The food was good and hot. We didn't have to wait long for it. Portionswere right for the price. Read more
I order from this location often and spend hundreds of dollars on orders for my office. They’re usually very good at not... making mistakes, but I order the same item often as I have a gluten allergy (celiac), and this past time they prepared it wrongso I wasn’t able to eat lunch that day and the entree was about $20… I called them once I saw it was prepared wrong and thegirl on the phone was super rude and short with me, I explained to her what was different and she tried to tell me they alwaysprepare them like that. I told her it has never been prepared this way before on the gluten friendly menu as far as I know, andI’ve ordered it MANY times. She said “sooo you want a refund or..?” and I ain’t no Karen but it was in a SUPER rudetone. I said yes and she said okay, said nothing for a minute or two, then just put me on hold for 5 minutes with imaginedragons in the background, I was MAD. When somebody eventually picked up the phone, it was different woman than before I’massuming, she pulled up my order and said yes it was prepared as the wrong sandwich and she’d process a refund for me for thatpart of my order. It’s been a week and I still see nothing on my bank statement. I’m a loyal customer and I spend so muchmoney here and it’s sad they didn’t care about my severe allergy, and because this one bad experience has ruined it for me.I won’t be ordering from this location again.
