We had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond our reservation time. The paella takes 45 minutes to prepare. The paella was... acceptable but nothing special; mostly piles off rice with a few bites of seafood. The highlight for me was the brussel sproutswith pomegranates. That dish was delicious! The service was friendly and to be fair they "comped" two desserts for our wait. Theberry and pepper sorbet was very different and tasty. Read more

Bolero is nice place to have lunch or dinner after spending time at the local wineries. The food presentation is superb, and the... taste is exquisite! Premium ambiance, but more casual than Javier's or Water Grill, which is appropriate, given a more relaxedsetting of the surrounding areas. Read more

4.5 stars! One of the best restaurants we had during a recent trip. Bolero Restaurante is located in the Europa winery in... Temecula. Reservation is highly recommended. Everything we had was so delicious! We started with wine flights, 3 differentwhites and we loved Libido Blanco the most. It had a really nice aroma with apricot and honeysuckle, and it tasted prettysmooth. We also had potato croquettes and grilled octopus salad as starters. Both were really delish, especially the octopussalad. It tasted like a better version of ceviche. Highly recommend it. I literally can finish the entire plate just by myself.Rack of lamb was probably the closest tasting to the one we had in NZ. Juicy and tender. So good! The only complaint would bethe seafood paella. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a good dish. Just the flavors were a bit too salty for our liking, and itwas probably not the most authentic paella we’ve had. Maybe cause they add their own twist by including chorizo init. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Temecula. Even the dessert (banana brûlée) was so great. A musttry! Will def be returning when we visit Temecula next time! Read more

Bolero is a great Spanish style restaurant. We especially loved the Chorizo slider. I have experienced eating inside and... outside, the dining atmosphere is much better outside in my opinion. It lends to a more relaxing, elegant meal. The inside is alittle louder, and has a bar and TVs so it’s perfect if you want to share some bites and catch a game. I tried the red wineflight and the Bolero Cabernet was my favorite. My husband loved the Lemonade Beer. It was incredible! We loved the family stylesharing of plates. It is a great tapas restaurant and is fun with very unique dishes and quality food. The restrooms are modern, clean and well designed. Denis, the greeter was super friendly and knowledgeable. They’re working on building the gingerbreadTown for the holidays too, which was fun for the kids. We will definitely be back. Read more

We were so excited to try this restaurant! Tapas and paella are always a favorite to enjoy with some good wine. We tried a few... tapas, all flavorful and generous in size. The paella was even better, we had the meat one and he didn’t even miss the seafoodversion. We brought our own bottle of wine from Ponte, where we are members at and just paid the corkage fee. We finished ourSpanish experience with the churros and they were delicious! The only thing that could have elevated the experience would havebeen a live Spanish guitar playing in the background. We would definitely return and can’t wait for the other projects on theway at this property. Read more
