Normally I love Burger Lounge but this visit was not great. They charged me for sauces I didn't order and the fries tasted... fishy. I asked the manager about it and she mentioned they were set to change the oil that night, but ew. I was refunded for thesauces and fries, but a disappointment to have that happen. Read more
This rating is based on a single menu item, the vegan burger with a gluten free bun. It's delicious. Fries are fresh or at least... seemed fresh cut. It's a fast food place so I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. This has become ourour go to burger place in Temecula mostly because it's the only one I can find with both plant based burger patties AND glutenfree bun options. We have legitimate dietary allergies so this is important. Not everyone can rely on this as we are allba bitdifferent allergy wise but my wife with celiac disease has never had problems with their gluten free buns, plant based burger orfries. Staff is pleasant and helpful with a good sense of humor. Inside dining is modern and clean. Bathrooms are decent too. First time at Burger Lounge. My girlfriend had the burger on lettuce, I had the grilled cod burger with a side of onion rings.... She had white wine in a can and I had Coke in a bottle. We ate on the patio that had a misting, covered area. The food was good.I am sure my husband will love the Keto and fish offerings. I'm going for a grass fed hamburger next time. Mediocre burger at best. The burger was burnt and overcooked to the point that the cheese had melted completely off. It was... missing the onion and tomato. It was a thin hamburger patty with a giant bun and minimal thousand island so all you could tastewas dry bun. Drive thru burgers from McDonald?s are better for half the cost. Read more
The food is good. No complaints about there. Be prepared for an expensive meal. $18.32 for a combo. Burger, fries, and soda.... All regular size and no upgrades or special requests. Unfortunately I will not be back. This might be why the place is empty. Read more
The Burger Lounge. Has some great Burgers. But they are Extremely expensive. 2 combos came to $40bucks. The husky burger was... huge But not worth the $20 dollars it costs the onion rings are not that good. ( The habit and Freddy's are way Better ) thein house soda is pretty good. All in all I won't be back they never once refilled my drink I had to go ask for a refill notgood service at all. I wanted to give 3 1/2???? s. This gourmet burger restaurant has a short menu packed with tasty choices. The Classic burger was properly cooked, traditional... flavour burger that satisfies. The grilled Chicken burger had a healthy portion of chicken breast and lots of flavor. Servicewas attentive but not intrusive. Casual atmosphere. Honestly Mid. Been curious about this place for a while and I've seen it fairly busy at times so decided to finally give it a... try. Right off the bat, extremely limited menu. All burgers are individual items and don't come with any sort of combo, friesand drinks have to be ordered separately not sure why that is but the cashier commented that they use to offer combos but nolonger can.. okay? Ordered two burgers, two regular fries, one fountain drink, root beer float and a milk shake. Our fries camein 8oz paper cups, they were unseasoned and dry not to mention room temperature. The burgers were interesting.. patties friedPlat and overdone with all the fat and juice squeezed out making them horribly dry. The double patty burger weighted less thanjust a regular??? How is that even possible? My root beer float somehow got lost in translation as there was no actual root beerand when asked for a substitute I thought they would make the float with a different soda.. instead I just got an additionalsoda? Now I have two sodas for one meal. Little confused on how you replace a float with just a regular soda but perhaps theywere out of ice cream too? Not to mention there was no flavor. Just dry room temperature burgers that could hardly pass asedible, could hardly finish them before just accepting defeat. I will say at least the tomatoes and lettuce were veryfresh. Overall I'd hardly consider this place a decent burger spot. Especially considering they claim its all American grassfed beef frankly you would at least expect a juicy meat patty. You took a greasy and salty American comfort food and ruined itby making it overly heathly without any consideration to taste and customer satisfaction. Healthy doesn't have to taste likecardboard. False advertising overall, overly priced tasteless food, McDonald's would have been a better dinning experience.First and last visit. Read more
