This place was an upset! I phoned in a take out order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My thought was to eat in since I was... 5 mins away from arriving to pick it up but only to learn they only do take out on that day. So, I went with my original plan, Iplaced my order to go. The place wasn't too busy. My food arrived in a timely manner. I got home and opened my dinner and sawthere was no chicken on my grilled chicken salad. I was so upset! My cup of chili was so greasy, I soaked some of the greasewith a napkin but still greasy. I couldn't eat it. I called to complain and again was placed on hold for a while. I hung up andcalled back. Our family loves Chilis and usually go there for special occasions. We?ve never been to this location and it?s a bit smaller... than many we?ve been to. It does create a cozier environment, which we did like, but our concern was cleanliness. Wife and kidswent to the bathroom and came back with disgusted faces (and using lots of hand sanitizer). Food was good, but chips were nothot and fries seemed to also be a bit old. Everything else was cooked nice and hot. To top it off, however, when paying thebill, the machine to pay on had some weird sticky looking stuff on it too. (See picture). Arrived 15 mins after it opened. The front doors were full of finger prints, like they didn't clean them from the day before.... The box on our table to play games &/or pay was filthy. Food was good, especially crispy chicken & fries. Ordered the trio,soda chili & chicken sandwich. Waitress didn't tell me its $1 more to get chili instead of soup. I would of ordered the soupbecause they chili was just ok. Cocktails were more ice than liquor. Read more
