This place was an upset! I phoned in a take out order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My thought was to eat in since I was... 5 mins away from arriving to pick it up but only to learn they only do take out on that day. So, I went with my original plan, Iplaced my order to go. The place wasn't too busy. My food arrived in a timely manner. I got home and opened my dinner and sawthere was no chicken on my grilled chicken salad. I was so upset! My cup of chili was so greasy, I soaked some of the greasewith a napkin but still greasy. I couldn't eat it. I called to complain and again was placed on hold for a while. I hung up andcalled back. They offered to start over or a refund. Give me a refund I stated. I won't ever visit that Chili's again! Read more
Our family loves Chilis and usually go there for special occasions. We?ve never been to this location and it?s a bit smaller... than many we?ve been to. It does create a cozier environment, which we did like, but our concern was cleanliness. Wife and kidswent to the bathroom and came back with disgusted faces (and using lots of hand sanitizer). Food was good, but chips were nothot and fries seemed to also be a bit old. Everything else was cooked nice and hot. To top it off, however, when paying thebill, the machine to pay on had some weird sticky looking stuff on it too. (See picture). Loved it! This location was super busy but still felt like we got the special treatment of our waiter Frankie, he's only been... there a month and he was awesome. The hostess whom sat us down was not so much but we let the manager know and she took care ofthe situation, she said the gentleman needed more coaching hey was shy and it's his first job, I personally don't by thatbecause he didn't seem shy with talking to his coworkers. Anyways, we ordered bottomless salsa and chips, the TX plate, kidspepperoni pizza, Alex's Santa Fe burger with Onion Petals and the 3 for 10 meal deal, with loaded baked potato soup, and boneinhot wings, all so yummy. Reviewed on 2018-10-14 This is our second dine in with the family, being the first was on my birthday. We were happy to be... seated once and for all by the same waitress. Her name is Stephanie. She made a very good impression the first time and cansay the same for this evening. She?s very friendly, professional and always has a smile on her face. Also impressed with hermemory and remember exactly the first time we?ve visited. The mix and match trio came with seared steak, shrimp and cut upchicken breast. Everything was tasty except for the chicken which was less flavorful and a little dry. The Caribbean saladcame with shrimp, mandarin, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions, cilantro and sliced pineapples. The honey-limedressing has the right amount of sweetness and acidity. I would recommend to separate the sauce as when the salad was served,the veggies came soft and lost its crisp. The Santa Fe burger was off the hook. The meat was tender and juicy. From the timewe ordered the food, we only waited a little over 10 minutes, which I think was done in comparatively little time. I have tosay that all the staff in this pub are customer-friendly, inclined to help and make you feel welcome. Arrived 15 mins after it opened. The front doors were full of finger prints, like they didn't clean them from the day before.... The box on our table to play games &/or pay was filthy. Food was good, especially crispy chicken & fries. Ordered the trio,soda chili & chicken sandwich. Waitress didn't tell me its $1 more to get chili instead of soup. I would of ordered the soupbecause they chili was just ok. Cocktails were more ice than liquor. Read more
