30 minutes after my to go order was supposed to be ready it’s still not. I don’t know what the girl who’s supposed to be... making that to go orders is doing seems like she was just hiding in the back. I stood there for several minutes and could seethat nobody was making any orders in the back and when I asked about my order the guy at the front doing the register glancedbehind him and said they’re still working on it. When nobody was working on anything I wish the person that you check in withthe cash register could tell them to go people that the person is here for the order. I really wish they could communicate witheach other. The people in the back don’t ever come out to check and see if anybody’s there for to go orders and if theperson at the front can’t tell them that someone is there to pick up their order how are they supposed to know? what is goingon here? Please have the person at the cash register tell the people making it to go orders that they’re here. She thenstarted working on my order and made somebody else’s order who wasn’t even there and then she made my order after she madethat one and set it on the rack to get cold. The place was very dirty - tables, floor and the windows. 90% of the tables had not been wiped down for hours (there were only 2... of us eating inside. My table was acceptable, don't know about the other one) Floor appeared not to have been swept in days.Windows not cleaned probably for months. Most food items to select were drying out on top, making me very selective on what Ihad them put together. It was just okay, although I was hoping for good to great. So be it. Nope! First false advertising! The veggie and chicken bowel are advertised as $860 plus tax but they charge $9.60 plus tax!... Second the new hires are no good, I got a veggie bowl and there was basically no rice in it just a bunch of salsa so I basicallypaid $10 plus for a little bowl of salsa. Horrible! Read more

So this is my first experience with chipotle so I'm not sure how much of this is normal. But first off we ordered take out; two... burritos and a Mexican coke. They put the cold coke on top of the burritos so the coke warmed up and the burritos werecold. Burritos were so small about the length of a taco bell quesorito but it was a bit thicker. The tortillas were so tough itfelt like we had to tug to eat it and hard to chew. The beans were bland. Seemed like there was no cheese in it at all. The overall flavor was good, not really like Mexican food. More like a salad put into a tortilla. The red sauce was kinda spicy (had asmall kick, that's it) and the green sauce had a nice flavor.
