Not what we were expecting, our breakfast, especially the hash browns were so greasy neither of us ate them. It seemed to take... forever to get our drinks refilled, & then they brought us our bill & it & our money sat at the edge of the table top for 15minutes before I finally asked the manager can we pay for our food. 5 Stars for the employee who greeted me, delivering the bad news. I went in to order the Grand Slam seen numerous times on tv... for $6.99. I was greeted by an employee who carefully explained that each Denny's decides pricing. This store charges $8.99 asopposed to the advertisement which said $6.99. Disappointed, I left without breakfast but appreciated the manners, politenessand communication skills of the employee who greeted me. This Denny's is conveniently located off the 15 fwy right off the Rancho California exit next to the 76 gas station. We stopped... here on a busy Saturday night and the 3 ladies working the front impressed me with such great service. Restaurant was clean andorganized. I tried their Country Fried Steak with Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes, tasted delicious with that authentic Denny'staste. Horrible manager! Our waitress went home right after giving us our food and no one covered for her. We needed refills, napkins,... and dessert. We waited but no one come by. We needed a take home container so I went to pay and ask the older guy with glasseswho was waiting on us because our server went home and he said ?oh she went home, why? You need something?? I said ?we did butnot anymore I guess? he waved his hand at me to go away and said ?ok then? and walked away. Didn?t care and didn?t apologize.
