It has been a long time since I've got hotdogs on a stick. They had a great deal here at the mall 2 for 650 corn dogs on cheese... sticks. Their lemonade is still really good and refreshing not too sweet, my kids wanted the cherry robitussin flavor though????. We also had to try the funnel cake sticks, they came with strawberry and chocolate sauce and obviously so good they gotransacked by the kids before I could take a picture. The corn dogs are still very good I love their batter and it's consistent. My favorites are still the cheese on a stick with an unhealthy amount of ketchup. For a business located inside a mall, they should really be on top of their service. Customers shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes... for a lemonade. There is no lemonade ready to serve. Read more
Food is amazing but I will never go back to this establishment until corporate overhauls the management. They appear to have... zero clue on how to run things. Store was in disarray. And the worst part is I witnessed firsthand a manager saying racialslurs/"jokes" about the African American employees. I was appalled! And embarrassed for the employees who heard it! I like to eat here. Corn dogs are one of my favorite things to eat with lots of mustard. They have some of the best limonaid I... have ever had and the people are so very nice here. I can't wait to come back and get more hot dogs and corn dogs yummy! Read more
Hot Dog in a Stick located in the Promenade Mall has the worst customer service by far in all the years I have ever come across... a food service stablishment. I ordered only two items, fries and a drink. It was lunch, about 11:00 am on a Saturday, verybusy at the food court. There was only one girl doing everything. She was ringing up orders and doing the cooking, as well asfilling up items needed. My other kids started eating their lunch from Charley's. My other kid wants fries from Hot Dog in aStick so I ordered fries here. I felt sorry for the girl so I waited patiently for my order. Then all of a sudden, she wasgone. Then another girl came. I waited for half an hour for fries and the other girl have not started with it before she left. My other kids were already done eating their food from Charley's, and the other was complaining about wanting only fries andhaving waited all morning already... Needless to say, I was not happy. I went to the new girl and told her, I will be payingcash for the drink my kid already finished and to cancel or void my order. She told me she does not have authorization to doit, that only the manager can. I had to fill up a form, give the original receipt (which I took a picture of), and wait forthe manager to call that afternoon. That was yesterday, it is already afternoon today, still no call and the $10.53 is notrefunded in my account yet. I know $10.53 is not much, it's only tip in restaurants but... the issue is, I was waiting forhalf an hour for fries and the girl left without saying anything. I thought she was busy replenishing supplies or needed to goto the bathroom. I was being patient and waited, with the kids whining, and she had left with no regard or consideration for thecustomer. Have always loved hotdog on a stick? they are seriously ripping customers off now. Just moved back from Washington and was... exited to introduce hotdog on a stick to my kids. Was happy to see they had a sampler and grabbed it for my kids. Ordered 1large lemonade and ended up paying the same price for a large water. Was told unlimited refills were $3 more and paid for that(or so I was thinking). Went pack up to the counter to get a refill on the water and was charged again. False advertising isdefinitely a killer. Will take my kids elsewhere as I did not like the experience. When trying to figure it out with the workerLeila she said that?s what it is. She thought I had walked away and I didn?t and she began to talk about me and what justhappened. VERY Uncomfortable and unprofessional. Do better Hot dog on a stick! Read more
