I?m not one to leave reviews or complain, but the experience I had here was shockingly poor. After a long day of traveling, I... came to this Jack-in-the-Box to order food before going back to my hotel for the night. Once I got to the hotel, I checked myfood and it was completely different from what I had told the guy in the drive-through. I even checked the screen when I wasordering, and my order was correct on the screen! Having no food to eat at the hotel, I called this location back and told themthat they gave me the wrong order. I was willing to drive back to show them that they gave me the wrong order so that it couldbe corrected. The man who picked up the phone was extremely rude, and told me that he heard some thing different when Iinitially placed my order. I then asked him if I could just bring the food back to show him that it was the wrong order, and hetold me that I would need a receipt to do that. He did not give me a receipt, just handed my card back and rushed me out of theline. I asked if my order would be in the system since I was just there about 20 minutes ago, and he said no it would only be onthe receipt. He was adamant that my order could not be fixed unless I had the receipt, which he never gave me to beginwith. Not often do you get a chance to place over a $100 drive through order. But tonight the team crushed it. I even offered to pull... around to wait but they got the food out in an insanely timely manner. Food and drinks for 15 of us, in under 10 minutes.Impressive! Read more

Ordered via DoorDash today, the driver was quick and on time. My issue is with the store. I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack... sandwich. I?m pregnant and was CRAVING this burger, haven?t had it in a long time. I get my food and I?m eating while working,since I work from home. And 4 bites in I noticed it was chewy? like..jerky chewy?? I look at the patty and 1 the patty they gaveme was a regular sized patty, didn?t even give me the thicker patty IT SHOULD come with, 2 it?s OLD AND DRY, and 3 ITSPINK!!!!!! IM PREGNANT and I was given an OLD and UNCOOKED burger!! I escalated this issue with DoorDash to which they helped metremendously. I decided to call the store to let the Manager know what HER COOK decided to do. And all she has to say is ?ourfood is going through fast?. Didn?t even let me talk. Didn?t care that I?m pregnant and ate UNDERCOOKED OLD FOOD!!! And then shehangs up on me FOR BEING UPSET I ATE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!!! If I get food poisoning and this puts my baby in danger. This place is terrible. It doesn't honor their hours. I had a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru but it was closed. I see... the employees inside, I called the number and Carlos picked up and said that they are close right now. I asked him why since itwas posted that they're drive thru was 24hrs. He didn't really have a response. I also asked how will I get my refund? He statesthat since it was mobile order, he doesn't think I'll be able to get a refund? Are u kidding me?
