The young man that took our order was horrible. The young man named Ruben that was working in the back was very helpful and... awesome. He was taking orders and delivery them to the inside dinning, while the young cashier man was hiding. Ruben needs tobe a lead or supervisor. He is very hard working and informative on everybody's orders. I would go back if he was working upfront. Read more

As this restaurant goes at various locations, the effort of management at customer satisfaction, in my case, was higher than... many in my experience. My large milkshake was free when they determined that the line was moving too slowly. Normally thislocation has no such delay. Contrast this with other fast foods, some with stars, others with arches, whose names I will spareand which are more guilty of regular longer waits. They also have never slipped up on my orders. Went through the drive through today. There was a line in the drive through, so I patiently waited my turn. But was surprised by... the lack of customer service. I asked to get grilled chicken instead of fried and was told I can not do any modifications to mysandwich or I would have to choose a sandwich that already had grilled chicken on it because they are short staffed....ummwhat?? I know it?s not Burger King but I didn?t realize I was asking for that much! And apparently he is the manager (Max). Ipulled up to the window and the gal that took my money was very pleasant but then Max came to the window to hand me my food.Instead of handing it to me, he practically threw it at me as if I was the slow one. No smile, no have a nice day...just herehere?s your food! Well let me tell you what...you got the order wrong (even though you took forever to take it) and the food wasapparently just thrown in the bag (or maybe that is how you handled it)! Great food but I was insulted and disappointed with the label in Big Bear Lake City - Jack in the box. Discrimination is... acceptable in their franchise business. I don't know with other franchise locations if they have the same motto placed close tothe counter. See the picture I took. Hope no discrimination. I supposed not to buy food in Jack in the Box Big Bear citylocation but no other option based on our budget. Hope service is rendered to everyone. Read more
Today I visited the Jack in the Box located on Jefferson after a night out with my children. We decided to grab a quick bite on... our way home. I have to admit, I usually don?t care to leave reviews on places I visit but today I received the best customerservice. Employee by the name of Michael greeted, took our order, and provided the best customer service ever. He made sureeverything we ordered was bagged and apologized for the salad being a little delayed. This guy changed my perspective about Jackin the Box. I would definitely visit Jack in the Box more often if they hire employees like Michael. Read more
