Worst night crew EVER. usually i like to give places the benefit of the doubt due to less staff and such. but this has happened... to me 4 different times . my food is literally ice cold . and when i turn it they just throw the old fries in the fryer and itruins it even more. there needs to be a change in management overnight ASAP. they are never busy when im there as well, im theonly car in line so there?s no excuse why my food is not being freshly made . if this isn?t fixed i?ll be talking to someonewith much higher power because i know they are not following the proper food standards & guidelines . they all have their foodhandlers card correct,?? fix it Read more
Same menu as the other local McDonalds. Went inside to order because we had been driving for a while. This location is very... clean. Bathrooms were clean. There is an indoor kids play area as well as some tablets for kids to play on. Everything was tidyand clean. Read more
I've never seen a restaurant be so bad, in every aspect, so consistently. Stopped here so a friend could get his kids happy... meals (we quit coming here ourselves because its so awful). Drive thru was a little busy, so we went inside and my wife orderedfor us too since it was getting late. Cashier took our order and...disappeared. It took 17 minutes to get our food. There was 1person waiting in front of us. They cleared the drive thru 5 times over...but no one came near the counter for us to even askabout our food until it was ready. And, as always, it was terrible. Cold, stale buns, fries sideways and upside down in the bag.More condiments on the box than my actual sandwich. This is why we don't come here anymore... glad they reaffirmed it for us, iguess. Don't waste your time. Read more
Almost like you want to dissuade the use of curbside and coupons... Had to be right on the nuts of the first window to actually... connect to store Wi-Fi and redeem my coupon. Then was told to park in reserved space number 2. Y'all delivered number 1's order,then gave what was presumably my order to the new guy who took number 1's spot. Then fulfilled the Curbside order parked next tome even though he came 10 minutes after me. So at this point, it was clear you lost my order, which was a simple 2 McDoubles and1 large fry. Too bad I couldn't call and let you guys know, but you know, you got that dead zone going on. 10 more minutes pass,a worker goes car to car with a bag asking if anyone ordered two cheeseburgers and a fry. I think to myself "I guess you coulddescribe my order as two cheeseburgers and a fry" and I take it. Drive away and pop a fry my mouth and find it is both unsaltedand not well done. Whatever, but when I get home and open the rest of the bag, I find that it wasn't even two cheeseburgers.They gave me what looks to be half a Big Mac in a paper wrapper... It's a top bun, Patty, and then Big Mac middle bun... That'sright, the bottom bun is flat and burned on both sides as if to constitute the middle of a Big Mac. That's what they gave me anda fry. Stopped for breakfast at McDonald's today. Went through the drive up and ordered their special, 2 sausage and egg McMuffins for... $5.00. They were wonderful, they were hot and freshly made, cheese was melting, I just can't tell you how yummy they were.Thanks McDonald's!!! Read more
Went inside to order and it was filthy. Plenty of staff capable of cleaning. They would walk by and refill their drinks, paying... the trash no attention. This speaks to the leadership of this establishment and not the young employees. Read more
If there was a 0/5 that would be my rating. Came here after soccer for some chicken nuggets and iced tea. The drive thru line... was long but I figured it would move quickly. After 4 mins of not moving at all I decided to go in the store. Once in there Isaw 5 different people waiting for their orders. The man at the counter took the order of the person who 2 people in front of meand then disappeared. He yelled something to people in the back and disappeared - never saw him again. This is getting long solet me shorten it for you. They didn't have any CO2 so they didn't have any drinks. But...no one in the store knew that untilthey ordered because they didn't put up any signs or verbalize it to anyone. They did have iced tea and lemonade - but they werenot putting it out for people. When my chicken nuggets came up they yelled my number and walked away - no iced tea. I had toyell back to them that I needed the iced tea (and so did the guy behind me). I know customer service has declined recently - butI guarantee that I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. Read more
Ordered a breakfast sandwich with NO meat/cheese. They basically semi-peeled the cheese/meat off an already made sandwich, and... they didn't even have the decency to change the wrapper. I got cheesy wrapper & cheesy bread. ???? Read more
