Pulled up to the drive thru and waited patiently, After a few minutes I was asked to wait so I did. Another car pulls up at the... other terminal as I was waiting. Then I was asked to wait again because they were apparently short staffed. Next thing I noticedthe car that pulled up after me had their order taken first and laughs were shared between the drive-thru employee and thecustomers in the other car. TBH I was a little distraught since I was waiting for a while before the other car pulled up, sowhen they finally started taking my order I said ?hi I was actually here first before the other car?. That?s all I saidstraightforward with no attitude behind it. Instead of an apology the worker?s speech changed and sounded as if they wereannoyed from that statement. I decided to let it go and started to placing my order. Now, I never had an issue ordering aMcFlurry as a drink for my meals, with the understanding that there would be an added charge which I didn?t mind, but this timethey told me that I couldn?t do that. Ended up ordering a 2nd drink. Finally got past the ordering screen and started waitingbehind the car that came after me. Now the window employee is chatting it up with the driver and the other people in the car.One of the backseat passengers gets out and walks into the store. Not sure what transpired. They get back into the car after acouple of mins and then the 2nd employee working the drive-thru steps out and starts talking to the occupants of the car infront of me. Seems like they all knew each other. I start getting a little more annoyed because I?m on my lunch break and I waswasting my time waiting. After 10-15mins of watching them have their conversation I decided to pull out and leave. I didn?tfeel safe buying food from a franchise that has no discipline. I know reviews and McDonald's get a lot of hate but this one truly deserves it. They advertised 24 hours open online AND on the... sign they have literally right now in the drive thru. Anyways pulled up at 2:02 AM and they tell myself and the other 2 carsthat pull up they are closed! Don't lie, advertise and have the neon sign sign saying you're open as I write this review on ifyou are truly not 24 hours! Read more
Spent 27 dollars on food thru drive up and fries were the only thing that was warm. Coffee was cool enough to stick your finger... in it and tasted like it had been sitting all day. Only gave 1 star because I had to. Won't be coming back here ever again! Read more
The food came out quick and it was delicious, also the soda tasted like they actually clean the soda lines. (Yes that?s... something I look for) But the place was dirty. Idk if the janitor had the day off, or if there was a party in there before us,but there was trash all over the floors and tables. Also, a notably bad smell. We walked in the doors and before we got to thecounter my 4 year old asked why it smelled so bad. It almost smelled like bad sewer. Read more
The line was long and the drive-thru employee was in training. She seemed to be laughing oddly when we got to the window to pay... (maybe she was shy)? The man handed us our order but it was missing our drinks. He fixed it when we let him know. Fries were hotand delicious but the cheese burgers had onions and tasted fake (not hot enough). I would love to rate the food but without any exaggeration of the 4 times I went over the last year, it's been closed for grill... cleaning. I work late into the night so I have only been able to go between midnight and 1am. Because of the limited optionsthat late, I keep trying to get a Big Mac. I gave it 2 stars only because when I finally decided to call and complain, themanager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very apologetic and promised to escalate my complaint up. Thank you to her. Myadvice is take down the HUGE sign facing the freeway that says open 24 hours and turn the drive thru open sign off if you can'tmake burgers at specific times. Read more
I went by there this morning at 430 am the hash brown was like a spong, must have been sitting in oil.I had oil on everything... even the sausage mcmuffin Bread was hard. Will Mt stop there anymore. Read more
