Great juice product. Must have had a juicer down as it took forever (25 min.) and people were asking for refunds.
The location on Winchester, is unfortunately slow every single time. Even when you order ahead of time, they still have not... finish order by the time it should be done. :( Read more

I stopped coming to this Nekter location in 2019 because the customer service was awful. I decided to give them another try this... year and I am so glad I did. I have the mobile app. I get points and the ease of ordering and just picking up within the actualtime frame. The lady who is there now (almost daily), Lisa, is AMAZING!!! There is such an improvement in their staff andcleanliness. My order is always correct and on time! I highly recommend giving this location your business. Wish I could give zero stars after my experience today! I placed an order on Monday for the 3 day cleanse and a dragon fruit... bowl. I received a confirmation email to pick up on 3/23 at 12:15pm. I arrived on time at the correct location and was told theydid not have an order for me. I showed the staff my confirmation email and they confirmed the date, time and location. I askedif they could fulfill the order and I?ll wait and was told they need manager approval. The manager requested I come back thenext day, which is horrible customer service. I requested a refund and was told the refund could not be made in store and Iwould have to request it online. Would definitely not recommend this establishment if you are ordering online. Read more
Value: 7 was a bit pricey than most juice bars in area but you get what you pay for I suppose. style/vibe: when I came in I was... immediately greeted by a very polite gentlemen. Location 8.5 located right off winchester was barely any parking due to traderJoe's sharing same parking lot. Cleanliness: 10 every table and counter top was clean floors were clean and I personallywitnessed employees routinely washing there hands before they touched anything which is always a plus. Final opinion greattasting juice bar definitely top 2 in Temecula in my opinion. was a bit pricey I paid about 8 bucks for a bowl but ingredientsare all natural so I know exactly what is in my bowl. Always a good experience. They are nice and friendly and the Juices/smoothies are on point. Usually get the Elderberry and the... PB Mocha. Very consistent. I go once a week. Read more
