Let me start by saying, oh my Goodness Thank you thank you thank you!!! This place was such a hit and so beyond amazing. I... called to make a reservation for 40. Yes, 40. I took my flag cheer team and some of flag football team there to have lunch. Andlet me start by saying the entire experience was beyond awesome. I?m not sure if you guys had service training, but if so, itshowed. Every manager was so accommodating and helpful. First of all, it?s not easy to deal with a ton of kiddos on a warmSaturday afternoon, so your staff was definitely prepared. And that was amazing. This place allowed us to call ahead, and orderso when we arrived from our game, everything was neat and beautifully arranged on tables across the dining areas. The energythere was so overwhelming happy and fun that every parent asked me how I knew about that place and how nice it was. Kudos topizza factory! It seriously was so clean and spot on. Oh, and my nephew put in an order 30 minutes later, and was able to pickup with no issue. How they did it? No idea. My advice to people about this place, pick this place. Call ahead. Great pizza and salads. Good prices on their pitchers of beer. We just started coming here and it's great!!!
We love Pizza Factory and eat here at least once a week! The buffet they offer on certain days is a deal and has lots of options... from the salad bar to the many different pizzas. The kids love the arcade and their new location is so beautiful! Read more
Super rude staff. The guys working behind the counter were awful. From not knowing how to open/pour drinks to flat out... rudeness. My son was trying to play video games and the coin machine wasn?t working and went up to the counter to tell theemployee and his response was ?don?t know what to tell you?. My son proceeded to tell the employee the machine just worked forhis brother but not for him and his second response was ?sucks for you?. Seriously worst service ever! Not Busy whole place to ourselves! Reasonably priced the kids had a blast easy arcade with games for littles- Pitchers available... for the dads and moms great selection on tap and the pizza is crispy good cheese and proportional toppings on the supreme ????Italian sub was delicious and offer a salad bar- lots of potential just a hard spot cause it's tucked in the back behind CVS.Check em out! ???? We went in a Monday night and the pizza buffet was pretty good. At $8.75 I'm sure not complaining! The only real negative is... that the video games seemed expensive to me. $1.00 to play a racing game? Maybe I'm just old and out of touch with what arcadegames cost now. The prizes that you could redeem your tickets for also seemed relatively expensive. Read more
