Couldn't even stay to eat. Called to verify that we could sit on the porch with our dog, and then when we get there, we got... attitude. We sat for 20 minutes at a dirty table. Finally, a "manager" came out, gave us a dirty look, and our dog barked athim. He then said that the server was "too afraid" to serve us and asked us to leave. Mind you, there was NO ONE else on thepatio. My dog is a service dog who's job it is to protect me. He barks at those he doesn't trust, and I can see why. You'd be better off going to the cat fish fry place outside, 100% recommend them, and i 100% advised staying away from this red... robin. Absolutely horrible. Spent 1 hr waiting at the table waiting for our waiter to order drinks. I had to call at 12:50pmjust to have them send someone over to take our orders and many others. Manager didn't even acknowledge our table, apologize,nothing. The table next to us, got their appetizers taken care of, but nothing offered to anyone else. Our appetizers came outwith our food before drinks even came out. I'm still waiting for the coffee that we ordered. Might be waiting another 3-4business days before our waiter even acknowledges us. Today is also my birthday, and I was happy and appreciative that they gaveme an ice cream sundae and sang happy birthday, it just sucks that our table was still in the middle of eating our burgers. Our food took longer than expected. When the food came to the table, my burger was cold with soggy onion straws and a crispy... bun. I'm guessing it was under the heat lamp for quite awhile. In addition the fries were not cooked completely. The othermeals that came to our table were ok. The staff was polite about the mistake as well. I haven't had the best experience in the past but the last time I went Abigail made everything wonderful. Out of everyone there... she did all the work and although the kitchen messed up my order she made up for that. She was so nice and made everythingright. She worked harder than anyone I've ever seen there. The 5 stars are for her fixing my order and doing everything at afast pace. Great place. Good food ( really surprised that the burgers were as tasty as they were, compliments to the chef). Great service,... very friendly people. My only complaint is the lighting, it's way too dark. Once the sun goes down the place gets so dark youcan barely see your friends or your food because the lights they use are so muted. For me it's uncomfortable to try to eat andhave a conversation that way. Read more

This is the madlove burger. Best hamburger I've ever eaten. They're not stingy on the endless fries either. This was the second... helping. Very cool staff.. friendly, If you like Guinness, you need to try the Guinness shake in the bar. It came with highrecommendations. Read more
