Rubio's off of Temecula Pkwy is my go to location. I have noticed the decline in customer service and food quality the past 2... years. Most recently, I noticed that the food quality has significantly declined. My favorite order is the seafood trio. Theworst experience ever - sadly I rather write this review than spend 30 + minutes attempting to speak with a manager and informhim/her of the issues they are currently encountering. This place is the most awful! Unfortunately it's the only near by Rubio's so we have given them our business way more than they... deserved. Tonight was the last time. My food was cold with what it tasted like a week's old, hard, chewy chicken. The wait overthe phone or in person it's dreadful. The worst part is the food, low quality, not fresh, stale tortilla chips, you get theidea. NEVER again. Beware, this place is not your typical Rubio's. Tonight there was a bunch of teenagers working at therestaurant, not a single adult around. They were acting like they were on a school break joking around, not paying attention tocustomers. The quality at this Rubios is sadly lacking.

This place usually never disappoints. It came through this last time, but the forgot to put cheese on my Sons burrito, even... after I told them twice he wanted cheese, but overall the food was good and hot and would return to this place. Read more

We usually order burritos Especial from Rubios. We thought that the Family Box was a good deal since you got 4 full burritos.... Well until we started eating. I like this location of Rubios. Online ordering through the app is easy and works seamlessly. Most of the time, when i get there... to pick up, my order is already waiting for me. Food has always been consistently good. People inside waiting for orders areobserving social distancing. Convenient with lots of parking across the restaurant. Everyone?s been really nice too! I usually go here because of the quality. But it seems they short the measurements. I got a chicken quinoa bowl and there was... like 3 pieces of chicken. I'm guessing they don't measure it by weight. I got it to go and was in a hurry and it was not busyhours. And it wasn't the first time for this location. Read more

Update!! Still awful!!! Gave em another shot and this is what I walk in to!! Awful!!! Come on guys! And there is no follow up... with this either!! The restaurant chain as a whole is wonderful. The food from today's order was tasty. I am giving thisrestaurant location 1 star only because I have to give it an actual star. This location is poorly ran. The trash cans wereover flowing during my most recent visit. But that was only the cherry on top of this visit. I ordered $53 worth of foodincluding TWO large sides of chips. I asked for 15 large cups for salsa seeing as I have asked and gotten them in the past fromthis restaurant. I feel 15 cups for salsa is a reasonable amount of salsas, I also needed the cups for limes and the onion andcilantro mix. I was told it would be considered a catering order and that she would have to charge me for 2 catering sides ofsalsa. Each being $5 each. I then asked her it would be $10 for extra salsa? She then proceeded to only charge me for one. Whilehanding me the cups she told me that she is the only one who will do it, next time I will have to pay $10 for extra salsa.
