They got almost everywrong with our order. It took the guy at the register a very very long time to take our order. We waited 40... min for takeout! Horrible experience never going to this location again. I want my money back but too annoyed to even try to. Read more
Brendan or whatever his name was couldn?t even take our order correctly. He thought we wanted burritos when we explicitly said... california bowls 3 times. Every request that we put in our order was not reflected in the food we received. We asked for Mexicanrice and got white rice with quinoa in all our bowls. We asked for extra lettuce in the bowls and they gave us a bowl filledwith just lettuce. I had asked for pinto beans instead of black beans and received black beans. I will not be going to thisRubio?s location again. The Rubio?s on Murrieta Hot Springs is much better. Read more

I ordered 2 "classic shrimp burritos" tonight and I was just so disappointed. The name "classic shrimp" is implied that there's... shrimp in this burrito right?? especially if this burrito is 11 bucks! The ingredients are shrimp, salsa Fresca, rice, beans andChipotle sauce. There was literally 2 freakin shrimp in this burrito, one on the top and one on the bottom!! I couldn't believeit! Not only that but there was a tiny bit of Chipotle sauce on the very bottom. I will NEVER buy from here again. This is the4th time this has happened. I spent 11 dollars on a rice and bean burrito at rubios in temecula. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
The food is generally very tasty at this location of the expansive Rubio's franchise. I really like that the flavors are... sophisticated with usually two sauces on the tacos. Plus other tasty elements to compliment the main protein. The GourmetGrilled Shrimp Taco is especially good. On the other hand, the Original Fish Taco I had yesterday wasn't great because thebeer-battered coating was completely soggy. And I ate it within 5 minutes of it arriving on the table so I'm stumped. Maybeserve this with the sauces on the side? I'll probably stick with the grilled selections only in future, especially becausethey're so good. The food is not cheap for the quantity you get. The best fish taco especiale on the planet! Especially if you squeeze their lime slices over it. The "extras" bar is alway... plentiful (be sure to get a lot of the cilantro and onion mix to mix in with their rice and beans.) Read more
