This location is almost becoming a homeless shelter. I went in and 5 homeless people were just hanging out in there with their... shopping cart and they were eating Taco Bell. I was very uncomfortable I went to set in the patio, I saw 2 other homeless peoplewere brushing their hair in the patio so I just left. Definitely you won?t feel safe if you go in there. Read more
I am loyal customer to this store. I come multiple times a week and today I sent an employee at my store to get drinks for staff... on this very hot day. My employee literally came back in tears after waiting 30 mins for a mobile order. The cashier was veryrude to her and as a local manager I am appalled at how she was treated and will take my business elsewhere. Read more
Just went through the drive thru without knowing my bank account had just over drafted. The ladies there were able to use my... points for my pastry and gave me my coffee for free and said not to worry about it :?) it?s been such a tough time for me latelyand that really made my whole week. I used mobile order. This was my first time at this location. I ordered at 9:32am and it had estimated pick up time at 9:51. ... I was a little shocked with that long of a wait. But I arrived at 9:40am and over all the atmosphere was nice friendly andclean. Liked that the called out who's drink was in line to be made next. I actually received my drink at 9:42 am. This starbucks is by far the slowest starbucks I've been to. It's like they are making one damb drink at a time. I count 7... employees behind the counter and it looks like none if them know what they are doing. I should have went to the Jeffersonlocation. Read more
